How Do I Earn Credit Towards My “Free Stay”?

That is the easy part. Simply stay with us at ANY time of the year and you will automatically be earning points towards your “Free Stay.” If you stay with us between May 1 and September 30 you earn 2 points per night. If you stay with us between October 1 and April 30 you will earn 1 point per night.

How Do I Redeem My “Free Stay”?

Simply call the resort that you earned your stay at and ask for the "Free Stays" specialist. All you need is 8 points for a “Free Stay” night. Give the "Free Stays" specialist your name and request your “Free Stay” dates. The "Free Stays" specialist will assist you with available dates and room types. Once your stay is confirmed, the "Free Stays" specialist will send you a written confirmation by mail.

ABOUT THE FREE STAYS PROGRAM

All guests who make their reservation with the hotel direct or on our website are automatically enrolled. Each guest will receive 2 points for each night of their stay from May 1 through September 30 and 1 point for each night of their stay from October 1 through April 30.

  • Guests may redeem their points for a “Free Stay” from January 1 through May 31 and September 1 through December 31.
  • Eight points are required for each night redeemed.
  • Guest must contact "Free Stays" specialist 14 days in advance to redeem their points.
  • The "Free Stays" specialist will verify availability and restrictions
  • Guests cannot earn and redeem free night on same stay
  • Program is property specific- no cross property stays
  • “Free Stays” are not transferable
  • “Free Stays" are not available on packages, negotiated rates, or stays over 14 nights.
  • “Free Stays” may not be available for weekends, holidays or special events and not available from June 1-August 31. Program subject to change or revocation at any time.

  • “Free Stays” are redeemable from 9/1-5/31 based on availability.
  • “Free Stays” are not transferable.
